BROWNIESCHEESE

Description: You probably only ever think about brownies. But have you wondered about the existence of a "brownies+cheese" or shall we say "browniescheese"? The fudgy brownies texture combines with the chewy cheese, where both of them take turns to melt your mouth. Every bite you take would make you already dream of the next bite. 

INGREDIENTS

Oreo cheesecake:​

  • 70g of flour

  • 75g of brown sugar

  • 50g of sugar

  • 200g of chocolate bar

  • 200g of cream cheese

  • one teaspoon of vanilla essence 

  • 3 eggs

  • 120g of butter

COMPLETE STEP

Brownies cheesecake

  1. Break the chocolate bar and boil it until it melts. 










     

  2. Add 75g of brown sugar to the chocolate and mix it until well combined. After, turn off the stove and put it aside for the chocolate to cool down.











     

  3. While the chocolate cools, grab a bowl and add the cream cheese, sugar, one egg, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, then beat with a mixer until fluffy. 










     

  4. After the chocolate has cooled, whisk in 2 eggs. ​









  5. Mix 70g of flour into the chocolate so it adds up to a brownie batter.






     

  6. Reserve 1/4 brownie batter aside. Pour the other brownie batter into a cake mold evenly, then add the cream cheese mix on top of the brownie batter. 










     

  7. With the remaining 1/4 brownie batter, use a spoon to pour the brownie batter distantly and use a toothpick to swirl around the brownie batter.













     

  8. Bake the cake in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 160 Celcius (temperature and time actually vary depending on the oven)











                    Tip: It's best to eat this cake when it's cold! Enjoy!
