CONGOBAR
Description: Congobar? Congobar is not really a cake. Instead, it's a scrumptious chocolate chip cookie bar that is really simple to bake, and you will be addicted to the taste of this congobar. You will crave this congobar more than you crave a cookie.
INGREDIENTS

3 Egg

300 of flour

2 teaspoons of baking powder

200g of brown sugar

150g of butter

1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

a pinch of salt

200g of chocolate chips

COMPLETE STEP
CONGOBAR:
1) Sift the flour first. (It is nice to sift flour to remove lumps and ensure a fluffy cake instead of a dense one.)
2) In a separate bowl, mix 150g of butter with 200g of brown sugar well. Later, add one teaspoon of vanilla essence.
(Tip: Do not use a mixer, as
the batter would be fluffy
instead)
3) Add eggs, one at a time, while mixing with each addition.
4) Then slowly add 300g of flour, one teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt. The batter result would be thick.
5) Add 200g of chocolate chips and mix them with the batter.
6) In a baking dish, spread a little butter to grease the baking dish, then place a piece of baking paper on the surface of the baking dish.
7) Spread the batter evenly on the baking dish.
8) Bake for 40 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 160 (but actually depends on what type of oven you are using).
