OREO BUTTERCAKE

Description: Nothing feels more complete than incorporating Oreos in a buttercake. Oreos itself is already sooooo delicous but putting them in a butter cake? Insanely mouth-watering. Never know you needed that combo until you bake this cake.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Egg

  • 250g of flour

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

  • 1 packet of Oreo

  • 100g of sugar

  • 200g of cream cheese

  • 150g of butter 

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

COMPLETE STEP

Oreo Buttercake:

  1. Sift the flour first. (It is nice to sift flour to remove lumps and ensure a fluffy cake instead of a dense one.)
