OREO BUTTERCAKE
Description: Nothing feels more complete than incorporating Oreos in a buttercake. Oreos itself is already sooooo delicous but putting them in a butter cake? Insanely mouth-watering. Never know you needed that combo until you bake this cake.
INGREDIENTS

3 Egg

250g of flour

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 teaspoon of baking soda

1 packet of Oreo
-
200g of sugar
-
200g of cream cheese
-
150g of butter
-
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

COMPLETE STEP
Oreo Buttercake:

Sift the flour first. (It is nice to sift flour to remove lumps and ensure a fluffy cake instead of a dense one.), Then add 1 teaspoon of baking soda and one teaspoon of baking powder.

In another bowl, using a mixer, mix the 150g block of butter with 200g of sugar. Mix until the texture is light and fluffy. After, slowly put the eggs one by one while mixing after each addition. Pour 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence and the cream cheese, then mix them again. Add the flour mix and mix for another round.

Evenly pour the batter into a cake pan/mold.

Break Oreo into small pieces. (It is recommended to break into 4 pieces for each)

Sink the Oreo into the batter. Bake the cake in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 160 temperature.
