MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE

INGREDIENTS
Moist chocolate cake:

4 Eggs

125g of flour
-
100g of cocoa powder

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 teaspoon of baking soda

100g of brown sugar

100g of sugar

250ml of milk
-
150g of butter
-
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Chocolate Ganache (Topping):
-
1 chocolate bar
-
4 spoons of brown sugar
-
100ml of whipping cream
-
1 spoon of butter

COMPLETE STEP
Moist Chocolate Cake:

Sift the flour and the cocoa powder first. (It is nice to sift flour to remove lumps and ensure a fluffy cake instead of a dense one.) Then add one teaspoon of baking powder and baking soda.

In another bowl, using a mixer, mix the 150g block of butter with 100g of sugar, 100g of brown sugar, and one teaspoon of vanilla essence. Mix until the texture is light and fluffy. After, slowly put the eggs one by one while mixing after each addition.
